Thanks again for your detailed answer! I followed all steps but there's still no torsional stress :o
The element is now a CBEAM element. Orientation see attached image.
Property is PBEAM
The beam dimensions are r1=4 r2=5
c1,c2,d1,d2 are specified as 0 & 5 / 0 & -5 (the surface of the thinwalled tube)
I couldn't find a solution at the PBEAM / CBEAM help file.
Any help is highly appreciated!
